What this site does not do

For clarity, and because many privacy policies describe processing that does not exist, here is what this site does not do:

No contact form, no input fields of any kind.

No audience measurement — no Google Analytics, no Matomo.

No advertising pixels, no social media trackers.

No account creation, no open member area.

No online payment.

No newsletter, no mailing list.

Data actually processed

1. Technical cookies. Three cookies set by the hosting platform, necessary for the site to work:

XSRF-TOKEN — security, protection against forged requests.

wixLanguage — remembers the chosen language, French or English.

bSession — technical session measurement, specific to the platform.

These cookies are strictly necessary and are used neither for profiling nor advertising.

2. Server logs. As with any web server, the host automatically records the IP address, date and time of the visit, pages viewed, browser type and operating system. This data serves to operate and secure the site.

3. Email. If you write to the address shown on this site, your email address and the content of your message are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any relationship arising from it.

Purposes

The data above is processed to display the site, keep it secure and working, and reply to messages sent to us. It is subject to no automated decision-making and no profiling.

Recipients

Technical data is processed by Wix.com Ltd, the site's host, acting as a processor.

This processing involves a transfer of data outside Switzerland. According to information published by Wix, visitor data may be held in data centres located in the United States, Ireland, South Korea, Taiwan and Israel. Wix.com Ltd is based in Israel, a country the European Commission recognises as offering an adequate level of protection, and relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for its international transfers.

No data is sold, rented or passed on for commercial purposes.

Retention

Server logs are kept according to the host's policy. Email exchanges are kept for as long as the relationship requires, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, you have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your personal data. These rights are exercised in writing at remidi.inc@gmail.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the processing changes — for instance if a contact form is added to the site. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
